At the International Culinary School you will get practical everyday experience in their state-of-industry kitchens including simulated situations. At Artisans, a live learning restaurant, you will use real-world production applications, learn through internships and real life experiences.
Students will get a broad introduction to the many aspects of the food service industry by using a learner centered approach to culinary education before entering into the real world. Food production skills are complimented by courses detailing the business of culinary arts along with basic general studies to ensure that graduates will leave the school with the knowledge and full capability of becoming a valuable employee anywhere that they choose to go.
The career choices are wide in the food service industry and include such areas as catering, retail food industries, deliís, pubs, restaurant and bars and grills.
